For the 20th anniversary of the Quartier des Spectacles, the city of Montreal invites Isotone and Ovvo Studio to collaborate and create a monumental interactive installation in the center of the iconic Place des Arts in Montréal.
A COMMON COLLABORATION
The Ondulatory Mechanics is an art installation that explores the link between emotions and group dynamics. This interactive experience allows individuals to explore their desire for self-understanding to better open up to their environment. It offers a unique perspective on the complex functioning of our place in the world and its influence on our behavior.
ORGANIC GEOMETRY
In this digital experience, visitors are transported into an artistic world of reflections and discoveries. The interactions with the sensors and the monumental projection on the Wilder building create a dreamlike and abstract visual ecosystem. By entering the capture zone, users can attract or create visual forms, providing an immersive and collective artistic experience.
